## Frequently Asked Questions

### Is the Twitch chat giveaway wheel free, and are there any limits?

Yes, it is completely free with no entry cap and no watermark. It works the same for a channel with 5 viewers or 5,000.

### Does it work when I am offline, or for a small channel?

Yes. It connects to your Twitch chat directly and does not check whether you are live, so you can run a giveaway anytime chat is active.

### Can I give subscribers extra entries?

Not in chat mode, since every account gets one entry. For extra entries, paste your list into the main SpinTheList wheel instead and use Name:3 weighted syntax so subs get more tickets than regular viewers.

### Can I use this on Kick instead of Twitch?

Yes. Open the embed builder at /embed, choose Kick as the chat platform, and enter your Kick channel name to get a Kick version of the same widget.

### Does it need my Twitch password or any account access?

No. It reads chat anonymously and read-only, the same as a logged-out viewer. It never asks for your password and never requests any Twitch app permission.

### Where do entries go after the stream ends?

Nowhere. Entries only exist in that browser tab while it is open. Nothing is saved to a server or tied to your account.
